Tukwila Bend Office Park will be a 15.85 acre office park comprised
of five, •each three story office buildings. The total building area is
anticipated to be approximately 383,500 square feet.
The surrounding area consists of Fort Dent Park to the northwest,
industrial use to the east, freeway and frontage road to the south.
To the west is Interurban Avenue, which supports office use, retail use
as well as some restaurant activity.
