The review period by the Department of Ecology and the Attorney
General's Office will terminate fifteen (15) days from the above
date of receipt.
Construction pursuant to the revised permit may proceed during the
review period provided, however, all other federal, state and local
laws regulating such construction have been complied with.

Subject: Application for Shoreline Mgmt. Permit Revision (81- 4 -S4PR)
Enclosed is a copy of revisions to Shoreline Management Substantial Development
Permit 74- 05 -Sb1P. The revision documents have been prepared in accordance with
the procedures and standards described in WAC- 173 -14 -064. The revision will per-
mit expansion of lot coverage for a.satelite shop building not exceeding 10% of
that authorized under the original permit. Use of the site as a heavy machinery
sales /service facility will remain unchanged.
A Declaration of Non- Significance for the proposed revision has also . been enclos-
ed.
