The short Subdivision Committee convened at 2:16 p.m. in conference Room #3 of Tukwila City Hall. Board members present were Ted Uomoto, Public Works Director: Jim Hoel, Fire Marshall; Mark Caughey, Acting Planning Director. Item 1: Application 81 -10 -BSIP: Lot 17, Southcenter South Ken Johnson, representing McCann Construction, was present on behalf of the application. It was explained that the application was necessary to divide the site into two independant building sites yet retain both under single ownership. MOVED BY MR. HOEL, WITH MR..UOMCTO'S SECOND TO APPROVE APPLICATION 81-10 - BSIP SUBJECT TO INCLUDING ALL EASEMENTS OF RECORD AS INSCRIPTIONS TO THE BINDING SITE PLAN. ACTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. Item 2: Boyd Property Subdivision The potential subdivider of the site, Jerry Robeson,.was present along with Willian Boyd Sr., and Wm. Blyd, Jr. The property is in McMicken Heights at 53rd Avenue and S. 168th St. After discussion, it was the Committee's concensus that the potential 4 -lot plat could be served adequately by private rather than public access drives, and that an emer- gency : vehicle turn- around space is not needed.
