I have reviewed the proposed easement for water meters

1. The grantor should be the owner of the property.
If the owner of record is The Tecton Companies, then the
easement should be signed by the President of those companies,
with an appropriate corporate acknowledgement. If the owner
of the property is Mr. Feichtmeir, then he should be shown as
the grantor of the easements.
2. The grantee, the City of Tukwila, should also
indicate that it is a municipal corporation of the State of
Washington.
3. The legal description should read as follows:
Lot 1 of City of Tukwila Short Plat #78 -16 -SS
as recorded under King County Department of Records
and Elections #7906050098 and revised according to
City of Tukwila Boundary Line Adjustment #81- 40 -BLA

4. The provision regarding the powers of the grantee
