Tent and parking lot sale; To sell merchandise at 404 Stan -
der Blvd., Waterbed Warehouse Distribution Center, (warehouse clear-
ance sale), to be held on Dec. 18- 19- 20 -21). 9 -9 every day.
Merchandise to be displayed will be waterbeds,-. case goods and
related access.
Litter will be contracted by our warehouse staff. A large
garbage can is on parking lot.
Security will be provided by waterbed warehouse employees.
A 20 x 40 tent will be supplied by Rowon Axpco. Decorators con-

SUBJECT: Outdoor Promotional Activities Policy
Enclosed is a copy of the City's Outdoor Promotional Activities
Policy and Application Procedure; it is self- explanatory though
you may of course contact our office at 433-1849 with questions.
In our telephone conversation you asked also-about City regulations
regarding distribution of promotional flyers. According to
Tukwila Police Chief Lowery, door -to -door distribution of flyers
is not permitted in the City, and can be construed as an act of
trespass. Distribution on private property or parking areas is
subject to property owner approval but is also discouraged by our
Police Department. ,
I hope this information is satisfactory to your needs.
