PPLICATION REQUIREMENTS ( PLANNING COMMISSION REVIEW 1. The Tukwila Planning Commission conducts one regular public meeting on the fourth Thursday of each month at 8:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers located at 6200 Southcenter Boulevard. Applications to bee considered at the regular monthly meeting must be accepted for filing by the Planning Department prior to 5:00 P.M. on the first Thursday of the month in which consideration is to take place and, when required, all environmental infor- mation submitted must be adequate. 2. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: A. Filing Fees: (1) Rezone (2) Special Use Permit (3) Conditional Use Permit (4) Comprehensive Plan Amendment $200.00 175.00 175.00 200.00 B. Application Forms: The appropriate application forms must be com- pleted neatly and accurately 'in ink or typed. Affidavits must be signed before a Notary Public by the owner(s) or contract purcha- ser(s) of the property legally described in the application. C. Plans, Maps & Drawings: All applications must be accompanied by a site plan showing the exact dimensions of the property ona scaled drawing (minimum suggested scale 1" = 20') and indicating all.ex- isting and proposed buildings, access points, off- street parking areas and individual stalls, fencing and landscape areas as well as any other information that will illustrate your proposal. One black line reduction to 81/2" x 11" or 81/2" x 14" must be submitted also. A vicinity map, attached to the application, must show the subject property in relation to other properties in the area, indicating streets, landmarks, etc. A reduction of this map to 81/2" x 11" or 811" x 14" must also be submitted. Drawings depicting topography, cross - sections, elevations and other graphic material may be required by the Planning Department to be submitted by the applicant, if deemed necessary. D. Property Owners: Rn application must include the latest name•and address of real property owners as recorded by the King County Assessor within 300 feet of all boundaries of the property for which the application is submitted. 3. FILING REQUIREMENTS: Upon presentation of an appropriately completed application together with drawings as described above and in duplicate, said application will be ac- cepted for filing by the Planning Department. However, when environmental information is required, said information must be submitted prior to 5 :00 P.M. on the first Thursday of the month in which consideration is to take place.
