Any and all interested persons are invited to be present to voice approval, disapproval or opinions on same. It is felt by my realtor that it would be easier to sell this particular property if the zoning could be changed from R -1 (single family residential) to M -1 (light industry).. The property adjoining two sides of mine is already zoned M -1 and said property is within the Tukwila city limits. I am requesting annexation into the city of Tukwila and, at the same time, would like you to consider changing the zoning from R -1 to M -1.
