Re: Request for Boundary Line Adjustment
Gentlemen:

We request your consideration and approval of boundary line adjustment for a
parcel of property owned by us as shown and described in the accompanying
application form.
The site in question is that of the proposed Cedarwood Habitat a seventy -six
unit condominium project located between Interurban Avenue South. and 56th
Avenue South, between the extensions of South 137th and South 139th. All
of these boundarys are in the City of Tukwila.
The purpose for the boundary line adjustement is to enable seperate financing
for the upper four - plexes units (parcel 2) and the twelve unit buildings planned
on the lower site (parcel 1) .
Your early attention to this matter is appreciated inasmuch as we desire . to start .
construction as early as possible.
