property, the exact location to be determined by survey. We in exchange,
will grant you and your heirs, successors or assigns, an easement over
that portion of a•r property on which your existing asphalt is located,
for your use for parking, affecting the Northeasterly boundary of our
property, the exact location to be determined by survey.
