The application for a Shoreline Management Permit is thereby made at your instructions. Attachments are identified as follows: 1. Site Plan, Exhibit A, by Hill, Ingman, Chase and Co., dated May 1970. Marked up to show property dimensions, ordinary high water elevation. 2. Site Plan, Exhibit B, attachment to show existing and proposed ground elevations and adjacent Stoneway Concrete Plant. No proposed structures on the site are envisioned at this time. 3. Vicinity map, Exhibit C, by Tukwila Industrial Council dated October 1978. 4. List of latest name and addresses, Exhibit D of real property owners as recorded by the King County tax rolls within 300 feet radius of the referenced property. 5. Environmental Checklist Form, Exhibit E. 6. Application fee in check form for an amount to $100.00. 7. McCann The following additional responses are offered in compliance with the Shoreline Application instructions: a. Fill. The fill material will consist of surplus gravel and soil fill generated by McCann Construction Company Inc. building sites in the area. Total volume imported to the site will be approximately 7500 CY. b. It is not envisioned that any material will be extracted and exported from the site. c. All major utilities are located in easements paralleling the West Valley Highway. d. No sanitary facilities other than possibly a portable toilet will be needed by this proposal. e. The Shoreline designation according to the master program is urban. f. The Shoreline areas and Shorelines of statewide significance are one and the same in the proposal area. The general nature of the improvements and land use within one thousand feet in all directions from the proposed site are commercial and industrial. We trust the above information is complete and that the necessary permits . can be granted to enable the site to be filled.
