We have completed the first phase and are in the process of designing the second phase. During this design phase we are relocating part of the trail from Christensen Road east to the river leve. In addition, the trail will utilize the bridge over Highway. 405. Because the new location for part of the trail, about .2 of the 1.8 mile trail, uses the top of the leve, as in all other sections, I do not believe an entirely new permit should have to be issued, but rather a revi- sion. Please accept this memo as my request to revise the . previously issued permit. I see no major changes to the previous permit as being required. TUN•ILA STAANDER PARKWAY 153 WI It BAKER I LW.
