The enclosed Boundary Line Adjustment reflects our recent
discussion regarding formal identification of Mr. Boeing's
north access road (proposed as Midland Drive) which was built
to city specifications. Further, the Boundary Line Adjustment
cleans up and better identifies the boundary of Lots 10 and 11
of Uplands Tukwila. Industrial Park and defines the remaining
12 -foot strip lying immediately south of Midland Drive.
If you have any questions regarding the foregoing or
need additional information, I am, of course, prepared to
provide same. In that I am not aware of authorized signatory
for the Department of Public Works, your adsistance in gaining
that signature is appreciated.
