Provision of deciduous trees at intervals of every five parking stalls in all parking areas, in a manner as depicted on the above - referenced landscape plan; f. Automatic irrigation along major landscape corridors and areas of landscape concentrations; g. Submittal of revised landscape plan incorporating above stipula- tions to Planning Commission for review at the regular June 1978 meeting; h. Provision of 25 -foot wide landscape strip along Southcenter Park- way; same to be bermed 4 feet in height. 4. The entire hillside lying west of the rail line shall remain undisturbed. Development Plans: Project #761 (Seaale Business Park) Mr. Crutchfield read the staff report explaining the site and elevation drawings. Mr. Lance Mueller, architect, stated his agreement with the proposed conditions. Motion by Mr. Richards, seconded by Mr. Bowen and carried to approve the plans with the following stipulations: 1. Detailed landscape plan to complement the adjacent development be approved by Planning Commission priorto issuance of Occupancy Permit. 2. Architectural screening of roof - mounted equipment. 3. The landscape plan shall include provision of sidewalk to complement adjacent developments. andscape Plan: Phase II & III (Southcenter Corporate Square) Mr. Crutchfield read the staff report and explained the materials and manner of landscaping. Motion by Mr. Bowen, seconded by Mr. Sowinski and carried to approve the land- scape plans as presented. Landscape Plan: Parking Lot (Southcenter Corporate Square) Mr. Crutchfield read the staff report explaining the materials and manner of landscape. Also noted the staff recommendation regarding relocation of the curb cut. Motion by Mir. Turn under and bury removed portions of burlap. . 7. Water,all plants thoroughly and immediately after planting. 8. Waste excess soil over nearby low areas Or spread evenly over area'to be sodded before placement of topsoil. MULCH All tree watering basins and planting beds shall be covered with two (2) inches of Steerco or approved equal, which shall be adequately protected against loss due to wind or over sprinkling.
