MEMORANDUM
My observation and comment regarding the Plot Plan for the WEA site
proposal is that the driveways are less than 20 feet from the property
line. This not withstanding, however, it would appear to me that a
central driveway - break - driveway for egress and ingress would be a
more desirable situation. In fact, I would encourage this layout.
See the sketch attached for graphic illustration of this concept.'.,
