Committee members present were Hubert Crawley, Dick Williams and Kjell Stoknes. Fred Satterstrom, represented the Planning staff. Chairman Stoknes called the meeting to order at 9:10 a.m. at the Andover Fire Station. LEONARD SHORT PLAT Committee discussed the zoning and size of the lot and width of access easement.
