Enclosed please find the approved boundary line adjustment for Lot 8 in
the Southcenter South Industrial plat. Please note also the condition
attached to the BLA (on page 3) that no structure on Lot 8 shall be located
closer than 60 feet to existing structures on Lots 4 and 5.

Beginning .at the northwest corner of said Lot 8;
