This is a boundary line adjustment of Lot 14, plat of Southcenter
South Industrial Park, according to plat recorded in Volume 97
of Plats, Pages 22 -25. The boundary line of Lot 14 is adjusted
as shown on page 3 and as set forth in Exhibit A. The south
line of Lot 14 as adjusted coincides with the north line of
Lot 13 as adjusted in boundary line adjustment 6 -77.
