centerline of the P -17 Drainage Channel, which Channel continues south 88'12
east to terminus at the westerly margin of Christensen Road; thence continuing

northerly margin of Ninkler Boulevard. thence continuing Korth 01'47'28" east

the TRUE POINT OF BEGININ6: thence continuing north 0147'28' east along the
