No land surveyor I know would prepare this a type of a legal. I t_ink we should have a legal that indicates IC ▪ distances and bearings as shown on the drawing. With reference W to the drawing, the scale is incorrect and the beginning point of the survey is not shown. The surveyor should have indicated where he came from when he developed this survey. Also no indication GI of easement for foundation, as indicated on the attached documents W is shown on the drawing.
