Dedication of easterly 15 feet of lot "C" to provide necessary right -of -way. 2. Written agreement to participate in any future LID for extension of 58th Avenue to city standards and including all necessary utilities. Steve Hall, Hubert Crawley and Gary Crutchfield composed Committee. Steve chaired the meeting in Kjell Stoknes' absence and called the meeting to order at 10:45 A.M. Neuroth Mrs. Neuroth was present and Gary explained several concerns on part of Planning Division. 1. Adequate access to each lot. 2. Creation of useable lots. 3. Front yard setback is too much for lot "D ". Steve noted storm drainage plans and felt private access road without cul -de -sac would be sufficient. Hubert noted that fire hydrants would be required at time of construction. Motion by. Gary, seconded by Hubert and carried to require the following revisions: 1. Provision of 40 -foot wide private access road without cul -de -sac and constructed to City standards. 2. Eliminate north -south line between lots "C" and "D" and extend east line of lot "C" to the north boundary. 3. Reduce lot "B" to create legal building site. 4. Elimination of all unnecessary easements. 5. Written provision for equitable participation in cost for off -site storm drainage improvements. 6. Exception from the 50 -foot front yard setback for the south side of lot "D". 6230 Southcenter Boulevard a Tukwila, Washington 98188 a (206) 242-2177 SHORT SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE Gary Crutchf5eld Assistant Planner Short Subdivision Committee Notes of Meeting Page 2 26 May 1977 Mrs. Neuroth agreed to all provisions and indicated the land surveyor would be directed to provide revised drawing. Erickson Mr. Erickson was not present. Steve noted need for right -of -way and improvement of street for access. Hubert noted possible problem with topography. The Committee recessed to make on -site investigation of site and roadway. Committee reconvened following on -site inspection. Motion by Steve, seconded by Gary and carried to approve with the following revisions: 1. Dedication of easterly 15 feet of lot "C" to provide necessary right -of -way. 2. Written agreement to participate in any future LID for extension of 58th Avenue to city standards and including all necessary utilities.
