Gar rutc field As taut Planner C CITY of TUKWILA OFFICE of COMMUNITY OEVELOPMENT SHORT SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE This meeting convened at 9:10 A.M. with Kjell Stoknes (OCD) and Dick Williams (Public Works). Gary Crutchfield was directed to represent the Fire Depart- ment in their absence. BSIP: Doubletree Lodge: Mr. Timothy DuBois, Mr. Peter Bidstrup and Mr. Bob Smith represented the appli- cant. Mr. Crutchfield explained the location, relationship of BSIP to proposed development, and noted the tract of land for which the BSIP is filed has not been created by Short Plat as yet. The Committee and applicant discussed location of easements and extensions of utilities. Motion. by Mr. Stoknes, seconded by Mr. Crutchfield and carried to approve the BSIP as proposed but with the acknowledgment that the BSIP will not be certi- fied for filing until the tract for which it is designed has been created in full compliance with the Subdivision Code. There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 9:30 A.M.
