Gary Crutchfield represented the Planning Division. Toltec Builders: Mr. Skya and Mr. Scheurer represented the applicant. Mr. Crutchfield noted that South 152nd Street had been entirely vacated under Ordinance #502 in 1967. Explained Val -Vue Sewer District had agreed provision of 10 -foot wide public utility easement parallel to the south line of the plat to be the most logical. Also stated that a Preliminary Title Report needs to be supplied prior to certification for filing. Mr. Skya stated agreement with easement provision and proposed deletion of lot #4. Motion by Mr. Stoknes, seconded by Mr. Williams and carried to approve the Short Plat as amended and with the following conditions: 1. Provision of 10 -foot wide public utility easement parallel to south line of proposed Lot #3. 2. Submittal of Preliminary Title Report prior to certification for filing. Southcenter South: Mr. Ed Hunt represented the applicant. Mr. Williams stated utilities are available and adequate. Mr. Crutchfield explained Section 18.56.040 which requires driveways or curb- cuts be located at least 20 feet from a side property line. The Committee postponed action until 9:00 A.M. Wednesday, 5 October 1977 at the Andover Fire Station in Tukwila to allow time for the following actions: 1. Documentation that South 152nd Street has been dedicated. 2. Notification of Val -Vue Sewer District. 3. Notification of Water District #38. This office will notify both agencies noted above. Committee members Stoknes, Crawley and Williams commenced the meeting at 10:00 A.M. with Mr. Tony Skya and Larry Scheurer representing the appli- cant. Gary Crutchfield represented the Planning Division. Mr. Crutchfield explained the proposed plat and noted the absence of any written proof as to the vacation of South 152nd Street. Also noted poten- tial need to provide utility easement along the south boundary of the pro- posed plat to accomodate gravity -flow sewer line to serve Tracts 7, 8, 9 and 10 lying west of the proposed plat. Committee and applicant's representatives discussed alternatives to sewer provisions. Consensus of the Committee tabled this application until 9:00 A.M.
