grant to WATER DISTRICT NO. 75, KING COUNTY,
corporation, Grantee, its successors and
easement and right -of -way over, through,
in the following described property situated
King County, Washington, to wit:
All in Sect! 'n 35, Township 23 North, Range 4 F.W.M.
for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and /or replace-
ment of water pipelines and appurtenances thereto, toget with
rights of ingress and egress to and from said easement for all
purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is given pursuant to and all rights hereunder are
sub)ect to Agreement between Grantor and Grantee recorded under King
County Auditor's rile No. 74 -0 827o56S. Under the terms of said
Agreement, Grantor at Grantor's expense) may relocate mains and
easements and revise Bills of Sale. Said Agreement (together with
attached plan show ng location of streets, mains and easements) is
incorporated herein by this reference.
Grantee agrees to indemnify and save Grantor harmless from all
liability or damage to Grantor resulting from any act or acts of
Grantee within Segal* Business Park.
