thence north 775.84 feet to the southwesterly line of Interurban Avenue
South; thence southeasterly along said Avenue line, a distance of 246.50
feet to the true point of beginning; thence southwesterly at right angles,
118.00 feet; thence northwesterly parallel with said Interurban Avenue
