That portion of Stephen A. Foster Donation Claim No. 38 and that portion of Lot 12, Block 5,
Mortimer Plat, according to the plat in Volume 14, page 92, in King County, Washington, describ
as follows: Beginning on the west line of Section 14, Township 23 North, Range 4 East W.M., at
a point 400.73 feet north of the west quarter corner of said Section; thence northeasterly at
right angles to the southwesterly line of Interurban Ave. So. to a point 118 feet southwesterly
of said southerly line; thence northwesterly at right angles 80 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence continuing northwesterly at right angles 20 feet, more or less, to the
southeasterly margin of the State Highway; thence southwesterly along said southeasterly margin
to the southwesterly line of said Lot 12; thence southeasterly to ;he most southerly corner of
said Lot 12; thence northeasterly to the true point of beginningyY'
