the corporation that executed the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged the said
instrument to be the free and voluntary act and deed of said corporation, for the uses
and purposes therein mentioned, and on oath stated that
authorized to execute the said instrument and that the seal affixed is the corporate seal
of said corporation.

That portion of Stephen A. Foster Donation Claim No. 38 and that portion of Lot 12,
Block 5, Mortimer Plat, according to the plat recorded in Volume 14 of Plats, page
92, in King County, Washington, described as follows: Beginning on the west line of
Section 14, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King County, Washington, at
a point 400.73 feet north of the west quarter corner of said section; thence north-
easterly at right angles to the southwesterly line of Interurban Avenue South, to a
point 118 feet southwesterly of said southerly line; thence northwesterly at right
angles, 80 feet; thence southwesterly at right angles to a point on the southwesterly
line of said Lot 12; thence southeasterly to the most southerly corner of said Lot
12; thence south to the point of beginning;
TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress over a strip of land 12 feet in width,
the centerline of which begins at the most northerly corner of the above described
tract and extends northeasterly 118 feet to the southwesterly line of Interurban Avenue
South and at right angles thereto. ✓
