Beginning at a point on the West line of the Northwest quarter of Section 14,
Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King County, Washington, 155.84
feet North of the West quarter corner; thence East 279.7 feet; thence North
29 °30'00" East to the Southwesterly line of Pacific Highway; thence North -
weaterly parallel with said Southwesterly line 10.14 feet; thence South
32'06'41" West 131.87 feet; thence Northwesterly parallel with the South-
westerly line of Pacific Highway 127.9 feet; thence Southwesterly at right
angles of 90 feet; thence Northwesterly at right angles 69 feet more or less
to most Easterly corner of tract conveyed by under Auditor's file no.

29 °30'00" East 293.6 feet, more or less, to the Southwesterly line of
Pacific Highway; thence in a Northwesterly direction following said South-
westerly line, 218 feet, more or less, to a point 346.5 feet Southeasterly
from the intersection of said Southwesterly line with the said West line
of Section 14 to the true point of beginning; thence at right angles
Southwesterly 220 feet; thence at right angles Southeasterly 96 feet;
thence at right angles Northeasterly to an intersection with said highway
which is a distance of 96 feet from the true point of beginning; thence
Northwesterly to the true point of beginning;
Except therefrom that portion, lying Northeasterly of the following
