East of the Willamette Meridian, King County, Washington. being part of Lots 18 and 19
of the plat of Silverview recorded in Volume 138 of plats, pages 81 to 83, records of
King County and being described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most Northerly Northwest corner of said Lot 18;
THENCE South 88° 03' 22" East, 140.00 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot;
