T'EE GRANTOR, ALLIED STORES GENERAL REAL ESTATE COMPANY,
a Delaware corporation, for and in consideration of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
in hand paid does hereby grant, bargain and convey unto
CONNECTICUT GENERAL LIFE XNSURANCE COMPANY, a Connecticut
corporation, that certain real property, situated in the
County of King, State of Washington, • legal description of
which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and by this refer-
ence incorporated herein, together with all rights, privi-
leges and easements appurtenant thereto, but subject to all
matters of record affecting title thereto. The Grantor for
itself and for its successors in interest doss by these
presents expressly limit the covenants of the deed to those
herein expreeeed, and exclude all covenants arising or to
arise by statutory or other implication, and does hereby

covenant to forever warrant and defend the said described
real estate against all persons whomsoever lawfully claiming
