grantors heroin in favor of the grantee herein dated July 12, 1960,
and recorded in Volume 4126 of Deeds at pages 430 and 431 under
King County Auditor's File No. 5255451 as recorded on February 24,
1961; said former Deed through inadvertence having failed to
include the property as described in Parcel B hereof.
No additional consideration is given for this decd, and
county sales tax for said transfer having been paid under County
Treasurer's `: 095550.
