WATER DISTRICT NO. 75, KING COUNTY
EASEMENT FOR WATER PIPELIN*
The Grantor, Mario A. Segale, dealing in hio separate property and
estate, does hereby grant to WATER DISTRICT NO. 75, KING COUNTY,
v . WASHINGTON, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its summers and
assigns, an easement and right -of -way over, through, under, across,
upon and in the following described property situated in the City of
Tukwila, King County, Washington, to -wit:
A 15 font wide easement shown in cross hatch lying between
Point "A" and Point "8 ", and between Point "B" and Point
"C ", as depicted un drawing entitled "Segale Business Park
Proposed Utilities ", as prepared by Meriwether Leachman,
Surveyors /Engineers (drawing No. 2250 -74), attached hereto
as Exhibit "A ", and by this reference being made • part
hereof{
All in Ssrttnn 15, Trwnship 23 North, Range b E.W.M.
for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and /or replace-
ment of • water pipeline and appurtenances thereto, together with
811 right of ingress and egress to and from said easement for all
purposes necessary and related thereto.
Relocation of mains, easements and revision of Bills of Sale per -
mitted according to Paragraph 6, page 6, of Agreement, Segal. and
Water District No. 75, recorded August 27, 1974, under Auditor's
File No. 74011270565. Said Agreement with Plan showing location of
streets, mains and easements incorporated herein by reference.
