NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR
SHORELINE MANAGEMENT .
SUBSTANTIAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that the City of Tukwila has
filed an application for a Substantial Development
Permit for the construction or development of two
mini -parks located at: 58th Avenue South and Interur-
ban Avenue and South 133rd Street and 57th Avenue South, .
Tukwila, Washington within Section 14, Township 23N,
Range 4E, W.M., in the City of Tukwila, King County,,
Washington. Said developments are proposed to be
within Green River and /or its associated wetlands.
Any person desiring to express his views or to be
notified of the action taken on this application
should notify the Planning Department, City of Tukwila,
14475 —59th Avenue South, Tukwila, Washington 98067
in writing of his interest within thirty (30) days of
the last publication of this notice. Publication
dates of this notice are 2 and 9 May 1973.
This department is in the process of gathering all
necessary information required for application to the
State for a Shoreline Management Permit to allow
development of City property within the jurisdiction
of the Shoreline Management Act of 1971.
In order to complete the application, it is necessary
that a vicinity map and site map,. depicting existing
and proposed contours and vegetation, be supplied
this office for each parcel of City property antici-
. pated for any type of development, i.e. recreational,
public facilities, offices.
This office will assist in any way possible to meet
this need. ,However, much of the information needed
on the maps' requires your expertise. '
