The Tukwila Planning Commission, at it's regular
meeting of 24 January 1974, and sitting as the Board
of Architectural Review, approved your proposed
revisions to the parking layout and landscape plan
for Buildings #2 and #3 as per plans. submitted.

Mr. Hansen read Staff comments.
Representative of Segale Business Park agreed to provide,
at a future date, an overall comprehensive landscape plan.
Motion by Mr. Sneva, seconded by Mr. Kirsop and carried
to approve the site plan subject to the addition of ten
parking stalls and approval of overall landscaping plan,
both prior to occupancy.

Motion by Mr. Lamb, seconded by Mr. Sneva and carried
to approve the revised landscape plan as submitted.

the proposal.

to approve the preliminary site plan; dated 14 and 15 Jan-
uary 1974, subject to acceptance by the City of the
Environmental Impact Statements and final approval of
the Shoreline Management Permit.
