Dear Byron:
The Planning Commission, at its regular meeting of
25 July 1974, reviewed the site plans for the proposed
Phase V project as well as the Overmeyer remodel.
The Phase V project was approved subject to the following
stipulations:
1. That all portions substandard roadways
remain in private ownership.
2. Detailed landscape plans, to include the
P -17 channel, be approved prior to issuance
of occupancy permit.
The Overmeyer remodel plan was approved as presented.
