Said site plan was approved by the Commission with the
following stipulations:
1 October 1974
The Tukwila Planning Commission, at its regular meeting
held 26 September 197 reviewed your site plan submitted
for the Steak & Ale restaurant to be located at the south-
west corner of Strander Boulevard and West Valley Highway.
1. Elimination of nine (9) parking stalls as noted
in the site plan, all of which are to be landscaped.
2. Outside storage be adequately screened from public
as well as river.
3. All landscaping must be approved with detailed
landscape plans prior to issuance of occupancy
permit.
4.. Identification signs require separate approval.
