NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday ,
November 10 , 20 1 4 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Tukwila City Hall, 6200
Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA to consider the following:
THE PRELIMINARY 20 1 5 - 201 6 BUDGET AND
THE 201 5 - 20 20 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM

Public comment s will also be accepted for:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 23 8 9, WHICH
ADOPTED THE CITY OF TUKWIL A’S BIENNIAL BUDGET FOR THE
201 3 - 201 4 BIENNIUM, TO ADOPT AN AMENDED FINAL BUDGET;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND ESTABLISHING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
Per RCW 35A.34.100, t he preliminary budget for the ensuing fiscal biennium has been filed with the
Clerk and a copy ther e of will be made available to any taxpayer who will call at the Clerk’s Office.
All interested persons are invited to be present to voice approval, disapproval, or opinions on this issue.
For those unable to attend in person, you may submit wr itten testimony to the City Clerk’s office until
5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
