The Sign Co. is to be directed to re- submit a revised drawing at the next A.C.C. meeting. Mr. McCurdy seconded the motion and it passed unan- imously. 4. SHASTA BEVERAGE CO. Outdoor Storage Dock Lengthy discussion ensued as to the rear yard coverage area as stated in the Protective Covenants. It was generally agreed that the configuration as proposed was probably esthetically more pleasing than a long narrow dock extending northerly from the building. Mr. Commeree presented the plans and stated that the dock will be constructed in order to accommodate future building expansion. Mr. McCurdy moved to accept the plans as presented provided that there be a decorative fence at least six (6) feet in height mounted on top of the exposed edges of the dock and that the dock be included in the future building expansion area, also that all outdoor materials be stored within the confines of the fenced area and that the outdoor storage materials be maintained to a height less than that of the fence. e P09i4 69RAGe C <..
