1. No changes will be made to plans unless approved by Architect and
Tukwila Building Department.
2. Plumbing permit to be obtained through King County Health Department
and plumbing will be inspected by that agency (including'all gas
piping).
Electrical work to be inspected by State Electrical Inspectors and all
required electrical permits obtained through that agency :;
4. All mechanical work to be under separate permit.
5. All permits to be posted at job site prior to start of arty construc -.
tion.
6. Partition walls attached to ceiling grid must be laterally,braced
if over eight (8) feet in length.
7. Any exposed insulation backing material to have Flame Spread
Rating of 25 or less.
8. All construction to be done in conformance with approved plans and
requirements of the Uniform Building Code (1985 Edition), Uniform
Mechanical Code (1985 Edition), Washington State Energy Code (1986
Edition), and Washington State Regulations for Barrier Free,
Facility (1986 Edition). w.'.
9. The issuance or granting of a permit or approval of plans,.specifica-
tions and computations shall not be construed to be a permit for, or an
approval of, any violation of the provisions of this code or pf any
other ordinance of this jurisdiction. No permit presuming to give .

Re: Boeing Theater - 12781 Gateway Drive, Tukwila, Wa.
Dear Sir:
The attached set of building plans have been reviewed by
The Fire Prevention Bureau and are acceptable with the
following concerns:
1. Maintain fire extinguisher coverage throughout.
A fire extinguisher with a minimum classification of
2A, 20 B:C shall be provided and so located that it
will be not more than 75' from any pump, dispenser or
fill -pipe opening. (UFC 79.908)
2. Exit hardware and marking must meet the requirements
of Uniform Fire Code Sections 12.104 & 12.114.
Exit doors shall be openable from the inside without
the use of a key or any special knowledge or effort.
(UFC 12.104b)
EXIT signs shall be installed at required exit
doorways and where otherwise necessary to clearly
indicate the direction of egress. Signs shall be of a
contrasting color with the surrounding area and shall
have letters not less than six inches high with a
minimum letter width of 3/4 ". (UFC 12.114a & 12.114b)
3. Maintain sprinkler protection for all enclosed areas.
(NFPA 13, 4- 1.1.1) (UFC 10.302)
All sprinkler drawings shall be prepared by companies
licensed to perform this type of work. Drawings shall
first be approved by the Washington Surveying & Rating
Bureau, Factory Mutual Engineering or Industrial Risk
