With reference to the above projects, TCW Realty Advisors, owner for this project has elected to delete the lighting (light fixtures) on the first floor of Bldg 2 at this project. This change order would allow only for minimal pathway lighting in this unimproved space until such time that a tenant improvement takes place. The purpose of this letter is to notify you of this decision, so that the Centrust Tenant Improvement (T.I.) can be completed on the second floor with appropriate rated separation at the first floor access to exits. It is our understanding, from discussions with Norm, Inspector for the City of Tukwila, that this documentation must be included in the City's file on this project before he can approve it in the field. Please contact our office if this first floor modification causes a problem for Centrust tenancy on the second floor. cc: Paul Okerl and Greg Byler CITY OF TUKWILA APPROVED •''"' X1990 BU ' DING DIVISION SOUTHCENTER CORPORATE SQUARE -- BLDG # THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS APPLY TO AND BECOME PART OF THE APPROVED PLANS UNDER TUKWILA BUILDING PERMIT NUMBER 5`57 8`. 1.
