Mayor Van Dusen called the Special Meeting to order and led the
audience in the Pledge of Allegiance.

STOKNES (COUNCIL PRESIDENT), DENNIS L. ROBERTSON, CLARENCE B.
MORIWAKI.
Maxine Anderson (City Clerk), Rick Beeler (Planning Director),
John Colgrove (City Attorney), Ross Earnst (Public Works Director),
Tom Keefe (Fire Chief), John McFarland (City Administrator),
Nick Olivas (Assistant Fire Chief), Viki Witschger (Personnel
Officer).
MOVED BY HARRIS, SECONDED BY ROBERTSON, THAT THE PROPOSED
ORDINANCE BE READ BY TITLE ONLY. MOTION CARRIED.
City Attorney John Colgrove read an ordinance of the City of
Tukwila, Washington, amending ordinance #1503 to correct the
legal description of property annexed to the City of Tukwila
and declaring an emergency by title only.
MOVED BY HARRIS, SECONDED BY BAUCH, THAT ORDINANCE #1515 BE
ADOPTED AS READ.
Rick Beeler, Planning Director, stated a clerical error in
Ordinance #1503 caused the legal description to be incorrect.
This ordinance corrects the legal description.
*MOTION CARRIED.
MOVED BY HARRIS, SECONDED BY ROBERTSON, THAT THE SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE TUKWILA CITY COUNCIL ADJOURN. MOTION CARRIED.
