THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS APPLY TO AND BECOME PART OF THE APPROVED PLANS UNDER
TUKWILA BUILDING PERMIT NUMBER/..
1. All permits shall be available at job site prior to start of any
construction.
2. Comply with requirements of TMC 16.04 (attached).
3. Remove all weeds, concrete, stone foundations, flat concrete, concrete
patios, masonry walls, garage floors, driveways and similar structures
and all loose miscellaneous material from such lot or parcel of ground,
to properly cap sanitary sewer and water connections, and to properly
fill or otherwise protect all basements, cellars, septic tanks, wells
and other excavations.
4. Comply with requirements of the Noise Ordinance TMC 8.22 (specifically
8.22.160, which restricts noise from construction equipment to the
hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Noise from construction equipment
shall not be produced from between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.).
5. Obtain required inspections from the appropriate water and sewer districts.
Proof of approval shall be provided prior to the City's final inspection
and release of letter of credit.
6. Removal of any septic tanks require approval and compliance with permit/
inspection requirements through King County Health Department (344- 6000).
7. Validity of Permit. The issuance or granting of a permit or approval of
plans, specifications and computations shall not be construed to be a
permit for, or an approval of, any violation of any of the provisions of
this code or of any other ordinance of this jurisdiction. No permit
presuming to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of this
code or ordinances is valid.

If, in the sole determination of the City Engineer and /or Planning
Director, the above-referenced improvements are not completed as
required by the approved plans, conditions and applicable City
standards at the above location, no later than January 8, 1990
or until released in writing y the City of Tukwila, whichever
occurs first, Security Pacific Bank Washington agrees to pay
to the City of Tukwila the sum of USD 8,000.00, upon receipt
of written request for such payment.
Drawings under this Letter of Credit must specify the number
of this Letter of Credit and be presented at Security Pacific Bank

APPLICATION SUBMITTAL In order to ensure that your application is accepted for plan review, please make sure to fill
out the application completely and follow the plan submittal checklist on the reverse side of this form. Handouts
are available at the Building counter which provide more detailed Information on application and plan submittal
requirements. Application and plans must be complete in order to be accepted for plan review.
VALUATION OF CONSTRUCTION Valuation for new construction and additions are calculated by the Department of
Community Development prior to application submittal. Contact the Permit Coordinator at 433 -1851 prior to
submitting application. In all cases, a valuation amount should be entered by the applicant. 'i his figure will be
reviewed and is subject to possible revision by the Building Division to comply with current fee schedules.
BUILDING OWNER / AUTHORIZED AGENT If the applicant is other than the owner, registered architect/engineer, or
contractor licensed by the State of Washington, a notarized letter from the property owner authorizing the agent
to submit this permit application and obtain the permit will be required as part of this submittal.
EXPIRATION OF PLAN REVIEW Applications for which no permit is issued within 180 days following the date of
application shall expire by limitations. The building official may extend the time for action by the applicant for a
period not exceeding 180 days upon written request by the applicant as defined in Section 304(d) of the Uniform
Building Code (current edition). No application shall be extended more than once.
