All construction to be done in conformance with approved plans and requirements of the Uniform Building Code (1988 Edition), Uniform Mechanical Code (1988 Edition), Washignton State Energy Code (1989 Edition), and Washington Stae Regulations for Barrier Free Facility (1989 Edition). 9.
