No changes will be made to the plans unless approved by the Architect and the Tukwila Building Division. 2. Plumbing permit shall be obtained through the King County Health Department and plumbing will be inspected by that agency, including all gas piping (296- 4732). 3. Electrical permit shall be obtained through the Washington State Division of Labor and Industries and all electrical work will be inspected by that agency (872 - 6363). 4. All mechanical work shall be under separate permit through the City of Tukwila, 5. All permits, inspection records, and approved plans shall be posted at the job site prior to the start of any construction. 6. Any new ceiling grid and light fixture installation is required to meet lateral bracing requirements for Seismic Zone 3. 7.
