Obtain required inspections from appropriate water and sewer districts. Proof of approval shall be provided by the Tukwila Building Division prior to scheduling the final inspection and releasing of bond. 8. EXPIRATION OF PLAN REVIEW Applications for which no permit is issued within 180 days following the date of application shall expire by limitations. The building official may extend the time for action by the applicant for a period not exceeding 180 days upon written request by the applicant as defined in Section 304(d) of the Uniform Building Code (current edition).
