Because the work load of this office has been extremely IS `a heavy these past few weeks, the plans review of your project has been necessarily hurried. While I personally feel that adequate plans review VI has been accomplished, the fact remains that I did not spend as much 0 time with them as I usually do with a project this size. Therefore, . your company shall agree, by receipt of the attached building permit, to comply in full, without protest and without regard to cost to your lA company, with the correction of code violations should the field k- inspection of this project and /or future plans review for tenant improve- E; ments reveal any errors with regard to this project and most specially Pto this plan review. 61 In addition to the above, your company shall agree to the following :m' conditions: w ILI 1. Developer shall dedicate the required rights -of -way and ten E foot utility easements necessary to provide proper access and Cgm service to this project.
