Because the work load of this office has been extremely heavy these past few weeks, the plans review of your project has been necessarily hurried. While I personally feel that adequate plans review {A has been accomplished, the fact remains that I did not spend as much El time with them as I usually do with a project this size. Therefore, • your company shall agree, by receipt of the attached building permit, to comply in full, without protest and without regard to cost to your la company, with the correction of code violations should the field a' inspection of this project and /or future plans review for tenant improve — Q ments reveal any errors with regard to this project and most specially to this plan review. solD 6 In addition to the above, your company shall agree to the following I- conditions: w 111 co w z 1. Developer shall dedicate the required rights —of —way and ten foot utility easements necessary to provide proper access and service to this project. (As discussed, explained, and agreed to by Byron Sneva of Don Koll Northwest and Steven Hall, Public Works Director, City of Tukwila.) 2. Developer shall construct the required street, sidewalks, intersection at Strander Blvd. and utility services (as referred to above) without cost to the City. All such construction shall be reviewed and approved and permits issued by the City prior to actual construction. 3. The "Tract 2 Site Plan" prepared by Wilsey & Ham, Inc. and received by this Department 11/2/73 has been reviewed by the Public Works Department.
