Because the work load of this office has been extremely heavy these past few weeks, the plans review of your project has been necessarily hurried. While I personally feel that adequate plans review W has been accomplished, the fact remains that I did not spend as much (n time with them as I usually do with a project this size. Therefore, • your company shall agree, by receipt of the attached building permit, to comply in full, without protest and without regard to cost to your W company, with the correction of code violations should the field N inspection of this project and /or future plans review for tenant improve - 3 ments reveal any errors with regard to this project and most specially to this plan review. Developer shall dedicate the required rights -of -way and ten CC foot utility easements necessary to provide proper access and (° service to this project.
