it This office has made every effort to help you meet your November 10th
W deadline. Because the work load of this office has been extremely
heavy these past few weeks, the plans review of your project has been
necessarily hurried. While I personally feel that adequate plans review
W has been accomplished, the fact remains that I did not spend as much
(n time with them as I usually do with a project this size. Therefore,
• your company shall agree, by receipt of the attached building permit,
to comply in full, without protest and without regard to cost to your
W company, with the correction of code violations should the field
N inspection of this project and /or future plans review for tenant improve -
3 ments reveal any errors with regard to this project and most specially
to this plan review.
(A In addition to the above, your company shall agree to the following
conditions:

W 1. Developer shall dedicate the required rights -of -way and ten
CC foot utility easements necessary to provide proper access and
(° service to this project. (As discussed, explained, and agreed to
(p by Byron Sneva of Don Koll Northwest and Steven Hall, Public Works

z 2. Developer shall construct the required street, sidewalks,
IEintersection at Strander Blvd. and utility services (as referred
W to above) without cost to the City. All such construction shall
W be reviewed and approved and permits issued by the City prior to
z actual construction.
3. The "Tract 2 Site Plan" prepared by Wilsey & Ham, Inc. and
z received by this Department 11/2/73 has been reviewed by the Public
W Works Department. Numerous corrections and /or requirements have

been noted. Resubmittal of the drawings is required before final
approval may be granted and construction commenced.
By way of comment only, I wish to remind you that the plans submitted to
me do. NOT conform in detail with the plans reviewed and approved by the.
Andover A.C.C. My hope is that your company will clear these discrep-
ancy with the A.C.C.
