itThis office has made every effort to help you meet your November 10th
W deadline. Because the work load of this office has been extremely
heavy these past few weeks, the plans review of your project has been

necessarily hurried. While I personally feel that adequate plans review
W has been accomplished, the fact remains that I did not spend as much
11 time with them as I usually do with a project this size. Therefore,
• your company shall agree, by receipt of the attached building permit,
to comply in full, without protest and without regard to cost to your
W company, with the correction of code violations should the field
N inspection of this project and /or future plans review for tenant improve-
!! 3 ments reveal any errors with regard to this project and most specially
to this plan review.
(A In addition to the above, your company shall agree to the following

W 1. Developer shall dedicate the required rights -of -way and ten
ac foot utility easements necessary to provide proper access and
11. service to this project. (As discussed, explained, and agreed to

Z 2. Developer shall construct the required street, sidewalks,

W Works Department. Numerous corrections and /or requirements have

been noted. Resubmittal of the drawings is required before final
approval may be granted and construction commenced.
By way of comment. only, I wish to remind you that the plans submitted to
me, do NOT conform in detail with the plans "reviewed and approved by the
Andover A.C.C. "`:;My hope is that your company will clear these discrep-
ancy with the A.C.C. .
