The use herein ranted to the Company shall be non - exclusive and
the City herein reserves to itself its successors and assigns, the right to
use said easement area for any City purpose, and in the event such City use
shall necessitate the relocation of the Company's pipe lint, the Company shall
at its own espouse relocate said pipe lino at such substitute location within
the Grantors property which shall be mutually acceptable to the parties hereof.
Such substitute location shall be furnished to the Company by the City at no
additional land cost to the Company.
The Company shall install and maintain adequate test points along the
