This correspondence is to inform you of the approval and filing for record
of your short plat subdividing lots 13 and 14, Block 2, Hillman's Seattle
Garden Tracts.
A copy of the document recorded and the receipt thereof are attached for
your records. Any development or activity affecting said land is subject
to compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.

Re: Proposed Short Plat, Lots 13 and 14, Block 2
Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts
Mr. and Mrs. Rudolf W. Regel
In reference to the short plat as indicated, I have the
following comments:
1. 8 inch sanitary sewer is adequate to serve the
facility, however a structure (manhole) will have to
be installed and a 6 inch sewer stub completed into
the proposed short plat which will be maintained by the
joint property owners.
2. There is a 6 inch water main located in the roadway
which provides adequate domestic water service.
3. With the land as highly developed in residential as
it is, dedication of additional right -of -way seems
rather unnecessary.
4. The access to the property shall remain as private
and maintained by the property owners and the City
assumes no responsibility for same.
With these contingencies, I approve of the short plat as
presented.
